We're very excited and interested to follow the implementation of ESSA. As all of you know, it was years in the making.

Education research has long played an important role in our nation's classrooms.

It is possible that some States will end up with No Child Left Behind light. I certainly hope that doesn't happen.

I think these guidelines are going to cost people their lives.
