I yield myself the balance of my time. Again, in addition to Mr. Cullather, there are staff on the Republican side of the committee and other members on the majority side who have all worked together diligently. These have been stressful times these last several weeks as we worked to craft a bill that could pass the other body and overcome several reservations and objections raised. We have accomplished that. We have done that in a bipartisan fashion and have brought to the House, and I think directly through the Senate to the President--it should go to the President this week and be signed, this authorization for the U.S. Coast Guard. Again, it will be the culminating work of John Cullather in his service to the committee and to the Congress. I know, having served on the staff, without our dedicated, seasoned, career professional staff, we members of Congress would have a very difficult time accomplishing our work. I thank you on both sides for your splendid contributions, and to John Cullather, Semper Paratus.
