I, too, want to rise in support of this amendment because I also think that some of the rhetoric on this piece of legislation has been overblown. I think that the other side of the aisle is to be commended, in that they have moved in our direction and included some amendments and some ideas that we have suggested. I think we have a workable piece of legislation. If the problems that some people see are there, I think it will be solved by this amendment. We will have a chance to come back and take a look at it. I think this bill will work pretty close to the way it is put together, and I strongly support this amendment.
