So I hope this afternoon in conference the House and the Senate's bipartisan voice is heard. Frankly, the administration ought to view it as a gift. We are not abolishing the law that puts in that embargo. We are simply disallowing the expenditure of levying a $10,000 fine against a woman passing out Bibles because she trafficked through Canada and did not fill out the right form. That is what we are doing. Let OFAC track down drug traffickers and terrorists and leave Ms.…
