We have so many opportunities out there with a growing middle class in China and India to export even more, but we cannot have a tax that puts us at a competitive advantage. I think people understand that. This is about manufacturing, high-skilled jobs, millions of jobs in America. I ask my colleagues to vote with Senator Hatch and me to repeal this tax.
