American prosperity was built on a foundation of open markets and fair competition, but right now our country faces a monopoly problem, and American consumers, workers, and businesses are paying the price.

As governor, I will reduce premiums to deliver immediate cost relief and value for Minnesota families, small businesses, farmers and those without employer coverage.

If we’re going to spend some money to keep Minnesota growing and strong, we’ve got to look at the health insurance premiums as well as drug prices and things that will bring down the costs overall.

“With the U.S. cattle herd at its smallest size in over 70 years, many farmers and ranchers need new opportunities to stay afloat,” said Klobuchar.
