I ask unanimous consent that the Veterans' Affairs Committee be discharged from further consideration of S. Con. Res. 4 and that the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the concurrent resolution by title. The bill clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Con. Res. 4) expressing the sense of Congress that an appropriate site on Chaplains Hill in Arlington National Cemetery should be provided for a memorial marker to honor the memory of the Jewish chaplains who died while on active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the concurrent resolution.
