I do not think that most Americans realize that when they sign up for a credit card or cable service or sign an employment agreement or fill out their parent's nursing home resident agreement that they are also signing away their constitutional right to go to court.

Mitch McConnell made it very clear that if in 22 they pick up the majority, that he will not allow a Biden nominee for the Supreme Court to get to -- will get heard, just like Merrick Garland.
If we lose this one, if we allow this to overturn elections, elected officials, elected Republican officials to overturn elections, our democracy goes away.
What I hope is that the voters in North Carolina and in South Carolina and Texas and in Iowa, they know what's happening. It's very obvious what's happened. And I hope that all of them pay a real price at election.
