I don`t think you can overstate it. I think Judge Luttig said that still presents a clear and present danger.

The child tax credit, reduce poverty by childhood poverty by half, biggest middle class, working class, tax cut, low income tax cut in the history of the country.

I think Mitch was afraid they would be forced into doing that. They feel forced to do it. This though gives us time to pass build back better.
