I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the consideration of H. Con. Res. 128. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the concurrent resolution by title. The bill clerk read as follows: A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 128) authorizing the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for an event to award the Congressional Gold Medal, collectively, to the Montford Point Marines. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the concurrent resolution.
