Any of those include documents--studies that they were aware of that PFAS was a health risk?

The Public Record
I really do appreciate, Mr. Bilott, that you're here at this subcommittee, and we really thank you for your important work that you've done to hold DuPont accountable for its decade of wrongdoing.
So regardless of all the money DuPont made over the decades with PFAS chemicals, is it your opinion that new--I can't stand that you guys call it----
So in spite of growing scientific consensus within the company that PFOA was toxic and was contaminating local environments, DuPont purposely hid the research from affected communities and government regulators.
If these chemicals are killing people, let's stop using them and let's get them out of our environment.
A company is tied to its past, morally responsible for its past, and must answer for its past.
We cannot deter from the fact that they are trying to prey on the most vulnerable.
One of the most successful anti-poverty programs in this country is education.
