I simply think it's a lie.

I can't underestimate the fact that there are so many people that cannot be in this room and that you're here on their behalf.

We cannot deter from the fact that they are trying to prey on the most vulnerable.

One of the most successful anti-poverty programs in this country is education.

I don't want to go into the court. I want to do free, legal pro bono work.

It is very dangerous when we start blaming borrowers unfairly, when the system is really set up against them.

Doing nothing has consequences on real people's lives.

The building is on fire now, and there are things that the committee could do to help constituents.

I think it means that DuPont needs to help Chemours fix that crisis.

So, Mr. Roberts, the people in North Carolina who live this, live by this plant, are very sick, and DuPont played a role in poisoning them.

No company should shield critical information from the public.

DuPont knew of the dangers of PFAS chemicals for decades and concealed this truth from Michiganders and all Americans, putting their greed over the public welfare.

DuPont needs to help Chemours fix that crisis.

On top of your head, what are some of the things that they found in those studies?

Any of those include documents--studies that they were aware of that PFAS was a health risk?

This is a manmade crisis, and people like my residents back in the 13th District are the ones who suffer from it.
