It's inherently unjust. It's a blatant misuse and abuse of power to allow for such an environment to exist.

We just don't have that luxury. We have got to put this on the track and start it down the path as quickly as possible.

So it is the very threat of the DOJ, the heavy hand of government, to come in that could probably extract a better concession, a better settlement than you could in court.
