Because of that, I am very concerned that the new broadcast spectrum auction... could really pose a problem to many of the people that I represent who are senior citizens or disabled, who are struggling financially.

I also think it is important for this Congress and Department of Homeland Security to focus on preventing terrorists from entering our country in the first place.

This bill is not perfect, but nothing in this country is.
