Congress really needs to do much more to better protect our State and local communities, and I will tell you why.

Because of that, I am very concerned that the new broadcast spectrum auction... could really pose a problem to many of the people that I represent who are senior citizens or disabled, who are struggling financially.

I also think it is important for this Congress and Department of Homeland Security to focus on preventing terrorists from entering our country in the first place.
