The contract to a multistakeholder entity is a very clear affirmation of the U.S. commitment to a multistakeholder model of Internet governance

It is critical. If you are going to do performance-based reviews of government programs, you need strong metrics and underlying data to do that.

Do you have adequate data to perform that analysis, particularly when it comes to reentry programs?

We really appreciate the work that you do, the service you give to this country, not only saving taxpayers money, but also making sure that the policies that are in place, that we put in place and others, are actually followed.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration estimates that V2V technology has the potential to mitigate or eliminate 80 percent of the accidents that are involved in non-impaired drivers.

I think it is also important that the benefits made possible by advanced technologies are delivered to consumers in a transparent way that respects consumer privacy.

I would think we should at least have one government agency that regulates catfish.

I think we all can agree that trying to eliminate fraud, waste, and abuse, mismanagement, those are things we should all be able to agree on, focus on, and work to achieve.

The question is not how many folks are adopting the Framework. It is whether or not it is actually effective.

I really have enjoyed the testimony here and what is going to be an increasingly important discussion in the years ahead.

It is a bad law and it is something that I think we can fix, that we can address and we can resolve.

It is unfortunate that Congress simply refuses to take this action.

I do believe that communication with our partner countries is critically important.

It means also reaching out to other countries as well and looking at in a comprehensive way.

I could not agree with you more when it comes to Dreamers and the situation with the children who come here, who were brought by the parents, the parents who came here seeking opportunity.

Allowing preapproved citizens of participating countries to easily travel to the United States to visit our landmarks, attend our conferences, or do business serves as an important economic engine for the country.

We are happy about that in Michigan.

I think the Visa Waiver Program is a very important program for encouraging travel to the United States and promoting economic development.

If you are looking at trying to develop business and small business in particular, that is what I hear when I am home.
