I appreciate all the numbers. We are going through tax reform, and there is a broader issue that we need to address in tax reform.

This cannot be a race down to that; this has to be a race up.

So we either have something that means we strengthen the middle class and it is a race to the top and we bring other countries with us, workers with us, or it is a race to the bottom.

This whole discussion is about whether we are going to export our products or our jobs. That is a very big deal right now for Americans.

Part of this is, I appreciate us opening this up, but they have in fact manipulated their currency 376 times since 1991.

Having strong enforcement rules in place on an ongoing basis is very, very important.
