Do you think we should ask the VA to freeze the reorganization, bringing everything in-house?
It is not uncommon for clinicians to prescribe something and it is being modified by contracting officers and primarily because of cost.
if it costs a little bit more, then they should be able to get it if it fits them more appropriately.
It is vital that we set VA prosthetic care on a course that matches the courage and bravery of the men and women who serve our Nation in uniform.
My question is, the veteran themselves, have you done an evaluation? Is the customer, the veteran satisfied with the service and, if not, why not?
