Mr. Speaker, recognizing that as we get down to the final days of this session and the need and interest to be able to discuss and debate and to analyze these issues, as we move these things along, we want to make sure that we do move these things along, I want to encourage both sides to get together. As far as the debate and the discussion of these issues, there is a very important measure as it pertains to the reimportation issue, which I have worked with the Members on the other side on very diligently, in trying to do it in a bipartisan fashion and have safety first. We want to make sure that that measure certainly has the safety, protection and safeguards necessary for public health, but, at the same time, that we do not create enough roadblocks and obstacles where it would be rendered meaningless.
