to ensure that this year's appropriation bill provides adequate resources to every VISN to provide every veteran with the quality health care to which he or she is entitled, I would ask the chairman and ranking member to assure the body that as this legislation goes to conference that they will do all they can to ensure the recommendations of the GAO are taken into consideration.
