Let me just say, we're proud of the work that the shipbuilders did, they got it done.
I am concerned that... the current request before the committee cuts a Flight III DDG-51 [guided-missile] destroyer.
I do want to encourage you to look into ways that you can push forward, access to capital for those types of investments...
I would just ask that you commit yourself to that transparency for consumers.
