I would just add to that particularly with reference to the chart of the gentleman from Wisconsin, that what we do not hear our attackers saying, and we hear an awful lot about, for instance, how much money we are going to be spending on medical care for our senior citizens, and believe me, that is a very important priority; but what our attackers do not acknowledge is that there is one program for which we will pay more money in the next 7 years than we will spend on medical care for our seniors. That is interest on the Federal debt. I think that the public would be absolutely amazed to learn that we will spend more money on interest on the Federal debt in the next 7 years under any of the programs being discussed than we will spend on medical care for our seniors. That is how critical the issue has become.
