I understand the nature of the difference between the way in which tuna and dolphins act in the eastern tropical Pacific. We have reduced the dolphin kill in the eastern tropical Pacific to a little over 3000. We have not reduced the kill of dolphins in the western tropical Pacific where we have no management ability.
