First, I have a great deal of respect for the gentleman from Virginia [Mr. Wolf], and I think he knows that. I do look forward to working with him on this particular issue on page 6, but I look forward to working with him on this issue in a very comprehensive way so that we can ensure a reduction in the drug problem in the United States. And all the Federal agencies are working very closely together to do a better job.
