I just heard one of my colleagues on the other side mischaracterize the position of my party and of this resolution. This resolution is the law. This resolution is consistent with not only the law, the War Powers Act, but the Constitution of the United States. This is not about this President, nor is it about shrinking from confronting terrorism and terrorists.
