--with respect to that under the rules that the Republicans adopted in their rules package and applied to our side when we were in the minority, Madam Speaker. The same rules that they imposed upon us they are now complaining about because they don't think they were fair. Apparently, they thought they were fair when they were applied to the Democratic minority. But, apparently, now those same rules--their rules they adopted and voted for--are not fair because they are in the minority. Very frankly, what is good for the goose is good for the gander. What is fair to the goose is fair to the gander. They are your rules, Mr. Scalise. You ask your counsel. We adopted your rules on the issuing of subpoenas--your rules.
