Madam Speaker, I ask unanimous consent to bring up H.R. 3824 to end the Republicans' refusal to extend unemployment benefits that protect 25,092 people in my State of Maryland. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Chair would advise the minority whip that the Chair understands that the gentleman from Oklahoma has not yielded for that purpose.
