This, Madam Speaker, will prevent schools from losing substantial funding upon which they have relied to address COVID-19 learning loss by giving them more flexibility to use prepandemic data to calculate funding needs. The House may consider other bills under suspension of the rules. The complete list of suspension bills will be announced by the close of business tomorrow.
