So what we did was we changed the date, which is a ruse, which is a political sleight of hand. It has the same exact effect. So, Mr. Speaker, with all due respect, the argument that it is not my debt and your debt and this--in fact, most of those bills haven't passed and haven't created any debt yet.…”
