I think the gentleman can explain it. I think, frankly, your party is hoist on its own petard. It was not passed in the United States Senate. Press asked me, If it is defeated in the Senate, what are you going to do? I said, We are going to move forward, of course. And that is what we are doing. We are moving forward. Now, the makeup of that committee, three of the persons who were appointed by the--excuse me--were recommended by the minority leader were accepted by the Speaker.…
