I do not want to misrepresent to the American people that the U.S. Government is currently paying its debt, period. We have always paid our debt. The problem is it is growing very rapidly, and we continue to charge. But it would be incorrect to represent that we are not paying our debt. In fact, we are paying our debt, as the gentleman knows, to the tune of about $300 billion this year.
