Last week, the chief deputy majority whip mentioned that we would be voting on the tax bill, as you have done, and he also mentioned that we would be given the opportunity to offer a substitute amendment on the floor of our choosing. Is that still the plan of the majority so that we'll be able to offer that legislation? I yield to my friend.
