On September 16, Congress sent the President bipartisan sanctions legislation that can substantially degrade Russia’s ability to wage war.

I urge the Pentagon immediately to deliver to Ukraine the resources that have been appropriated.

This is a direct result of Republicans’ decision to remove eligibility, permit ACA subsidies to lapse, and allow critical tax credits to expire.

It’s clear that the Republicans who are in control of Congress have failed to do so, and it is time to change course.
