If that is the case, then cutting that has that $100 billion consequence that you just referred to.
But we are going to have legitimate differences. We are going to have discussions about the level of funding.
I strongly urge Congress to raise the debt ceiling, and to fail to do so would lead to economic and financial chaos.
It is not fair to put that immense burden on the American people, those cuts.
