I thank the gentlewoman for her comments, and I know that she is working her district very, very hard, and listening to people, which is what we need to do. Madam Speaker, I yield to the gentlewoman from North Carolina (Ms. Adams), who is the leader of the group that I am very enthusiastic about that is helping our historically Black colleges and universities. I thank her for her leadership on that and so many other educational issues and economic issues for our families.
