The answer is that we are involved in exercising our constitutional responsibility to oversee, to make sure that the laws of this Nation and the Constitution of this Nation are honored in practice and in spirit but particularly in practice. Let me ask the gentleman a question. Do you think it is okay to ask foreign leaders to interfere in our elections?
