I am chagrined that I have stunned my friend, the majority leader. Yes, we don't agree with some of those pay-fors. I happen to, by the way, agree. There is no reason why a lottery winner of millions of dollars ought to be on Medicaid. Mr. McCARTHY. Nobody did on your side of the aisle in the committee. They all voted against that.
