I do want to ask a question with reference to the 302(a) allocations, 302(b) allocations that the Appropriations Committee dealt with and then dealt with a product consistent with those numbers. It is my understanding that that has now changed or is expected to change in terms of the 302(b) allocation numbers and that they are being modified; am I correct? As I understand it, they have not been modified in the Appropriations Committee and will not be subject to a vote in the Appropriations Committee, and that that number out of the Appropriations Committee may not be the number that will be reported out to the floor next week. Is that correct?
