I would hope you would get there in a bipartisan fashion so that Mr. Rahall and Mr. Mica could agree on a bill, which has been my experience in the 31 years I've been here. It's not my experience this year. That hasn't happened. But almost invariably--and I think for the years you've been here, you've experienced that as well.
