So I am correct, then, that the bill will be the same bill that we passed last year? Is that accurate? Mr. McCARTHY. It is not the exact same, but it reflects the work of the NDAA. It is a bipartisan agreement. It is also--you will find as soon as it is posted to read all the way through it--a reflection of the 2017 NDAA bill.
