As I said earlier, Madam Speaker, there is no one in this House who doesn't have a particular story about John Dingell. History will remember him as its longest serving Member of the House of Representatives, but we who knew him well remember John Dingell as a man of extraordinary character, intellect, courage, and purpose.…”
