Let us be clear: America does not abandon our allies. America does not shrink from the fight. Democracy will not yield one inch to tyranny.

We must ensure that Ukrainians have every tool needed to see this war to victory. In doing so, we keep the faith with Ukraine and with international law.

We will not stop fighting to fulfill our promise to the men and women of the Bureau to deliver a new, secure headquarters in Maryland so they can do their work without compromising their safety or our national security.

Each of these bills on its own would be a significant blow to Russian aggression. But together they have the potential to accelerate the shift in momentum we are already seeing on the battlefield and help Ukraine achieve the victory it has…
