I didn't hear the Chair request change. But I do know that, from my own personal observation, not one of those Members who apparently changed their vote--because it kept changing on the board-- came to this well and had the courage to change from green to red or red to green. How is that possible, Mr. Speaker? The SPEAKER pro tempore. The gentleman has not stated a parliamentary inquiry. Is a separate vote demanded on any amendment reported from the Committee of the Whole? If not, the Chair will put them en gros. The question is on the amendments. The amendments were agreed to.
