I think this policy of using taxpayer money to fund the morning after pill without parental consent is obscene and insane. A child in school cannot get an aspirin without parental consent, and yet this legislation... would permit the school, without the parents' knowledge, without parents' consent, with taxpayer money, to give a serious medication to a student which will terminate a life. I say again: As a professor, as a father, as a grandfather, as a concerned citizen of this country, this is obscene and insane.
