I would hope, because we cannot continue to amass this ever-increasing debt. As the gentleman stated, interest rates are now very low, and still interest on the debt is a meaningful percentage of the largest item in our budget, which is defense. When interest rates go back to normal levels, the interest on the debt will be just about as much as we are spending on defense.
