I believe in tax cuts. I think that the capital gains tax cut break should be zero. However, I am not king. I do not want to vote against this plan, because I like when people like me, because I run for public office. But I say to my colleagues, sometimes in public life, in the legislature, even in the national legislature, we have to do what is right and we cannot vote on the basis of score cards or interest groups or what people are going to think about us.
