Absolutely, absolutely, because there are some people in this country who had just given up. Nancy Reagan never said the entire strategy consists of ``Just say no.'' She never did. But for some, really on the cynical side of politics, she became a target of abuse. How unfortunate that a part of our total strategy must be ``Just say no,'' because there is a moral context to this whole argument. That is what we are trying to bring back as well.
