There's no question at this point — if I were a senator — I'd do one thing. I would block every last one of them.

Some have said, 'Oh, yes, I will speak up. I will follow the law,' they're lying.

But the reality is, no, you are using the term civil, I'm using your term, you put civility on the table.

From my perspective, senator, the three nominees are up this week are wholly unqualified.
