I believe, Mr. Chair, such is the case in this instance, and passing H.R. 6826 would be both a fitting tribute...
The fact of the matter is you want regulation because you want to go back to the White replacement theory.
This is a do-nothing Congress, and we should be doing the jobs that we were sent here to do.
