I have no further speakers on this side. I thank the gentlewoman from New Mexico for being here as the Secretary- Designate of the Interior Department. This is a confirmation day. So to be at both places at the same time is very important, and I think it underscores her real heartfelt appreciation with respect to this legislation and its passage. Having said that, I urge passage of H.R. 813, and I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Maryland (Mr. Mfume) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 813. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill was passed. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
